Does anyone have experience with Sierra Receivables in Redding, CA?  I read in another forum that they have a policy to not accept PFD letters, and I was wondering if that's true.  And what would you do when a PFD letter doesn't work?

Ignore what you read from elsewhere (inclduing from here). I can't comment on that CA since I never dealt with them, but I've seen plenty of posts where it was impossible to get a PFD or GW from company XYZ and months later someone comes along and posts a success. Never give up. I'd send another PFD if you sent one already. If you exhaused every fax number, every e-mail, and every mailing address, then I suggest considering paying it and then asking for a GW. Some companies are resistant on PFDs but accept GWs.
