Hi all: following your good advice, I sent goodwill letters to Citibank, asking for removal of lates, and Nelnet, asking for removal of a trade line that's since been rehabilitated. No answers yet after a week.
I sent the letters to the addresses on my credit report. I wonder if you might know a better point of contact for either of these student loan lenders? Thanks !
