How do i get a 30 day late reported in Feb '11 for an account that was paid and closed back in Aug '10? I have disputed with Equifax, results come back verified that info is accurate, which it clearly is not.

Recently happened to me.  I had to go to the lender and ask for the correction.  They said I should dispute it saying exactly a certain thing, and when it came back to the lender they would delete the account reporting incorrectly. 

You could try to contact the lender.
