Southern Californi Edison / SCE Goodwill Letter Contact

Would appreciate it if anyone had the phone number, email address or mailing address to the department at Southern California Edison/SCE that would handle a goodwill letter. I had a late payment to them that ended up going to collections and  am unable to find the correct person who would be able to help me fix this.

Looking for a contact from SCE as well.  Tried all the emails on their website include CEO and got NO RESPONSE from ANYONE.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've been trying so many different ways to have this $0 amount charge off removed from my credit buearu. If you could please help and provide me with the contact you used to have this matter resolved and removed from my credit report I would be truely grateful. Tahnk you in advance for your time.
