As DaBears stated (great screen name, as I mention at least once a week) -- The account was aquired in 2011.. but judging by the fall off, it happened a couple years before that..

LVNV can be paper tigers, or they can be bears. I will send you instrucitons on how to deal with them through the BBB if you so choose.
