2 year's from the DOFD. If Midland still owns the accounts I would think they will still delete them. They actually have a written policy on their website. I would go there and see if it indicates that they will delete them. If they're with an attorney, I would get them paid quickly before they file suit.

I never filed for no. However i am in a similar boat.bi contacted a bk/credit repair company locally. He knew a cool trick that worked...he sent letters that he was representing me in a possible bk.... what that did was all of the ca gave the accounts back to the oc. The collections came off my report. I then called the oc and said I'm cancelling the possible bk and want to pay. The oc took payments and I called it a day. Now I don't have 6 ca to fight
