For those that won't the CA is the last resort. If you're saying they're your debts no need for a DV letter....simply pay them. A paid charge off will look better on your report than unpaid under manual review of your CR. Some won't do pfd no matter what you try. You have more bargaining power with those past the SOL as I stated before. Good luck
