State Tax Lien Expunged!

I finally got my Indiana State Tax Lien Expunged!

Several letters and a dozen phone calls over a 3 1/2 month time period, Indiana sent out Expungement letters to everyone!

Transunion never acknowledged the tax lien, but Ex and Eq did.

I'm excited to see how this will affect my scores?

I was so determined to get the tax lien removed, I didn't research the outcome it would have with my fresh BK

From what I'm finding on the forum, having the lien removed may not do a thing for my scores, since my BK was just discharged 07/20/2015

Oh well, it still feels good!

I wish California was just as easy. My tax lien falls off In Feb. 2019. First the first two years all my denials were for public record. The pain has eased over the years. My score is much better now.

How were you able to get it expunged?? I have two recent ones, one for $88 that killed my credit score.
