Does anyone have reliable information about how much a credit score increases after paid?

More than likely ,none. However time after being paid "will" 6 months from now you should see some improvement for sure in 12 months. The thing about having Liens. Judgements and collections paid is it helps when you try to borrow money later. The banks like to see and usually request that these types of derogatories on your credit report are paid off.
