This rebuilding stuff is wearing me OUT!!! I've got all the baddies off except one. Its a student loan of my ex husbands that I co signed for in 2002. We divorced in 2003. The loan is currently in default until march 2013. All the info on my credit reports is correct except a couple of STUPID mistakes. EQ and Tu reporting loan correctly. EX was until Dec. Loan amt is 15,596. When they updated they put $ 155,596 instead!! A typo I'm sure. So I called and disputed. So now bal is correct but they changed pay status from current to past due 180 days. UGH!! I'm so sick of this. I also sent a typed letter to all 3 CRA with updated address, number, employment etc. They have my employer listed as Teri. (which is my first name.) My address is PO Box 68. They have 68 PO Box 68. These little stupid things are driving me crazy!! But the incorrect payment status dropped my score 98 points!!! These reports are making me INSANE!!! And when I talked to a girl at EQ about something that should have been deleted in Nov. she was VERY rude. Anyways, thanks for letting me vent. The point of this rampage is to stay on top of things.
