Newbie to myFICO Forums
What are steps I can take to rebuilding my credit the right way ? When I turned 18 I got credit cards in my name and let my family use them and had great credit for a while until they was unable to to pay and sent me to credit hell. A lot stuff has fallen off since then but my credit is no where that I would like it to be. As right now, I have Kohl's card with a 300 CL , a Capital One Secured CC with 520 limit, a two CC from my local credit unions with 500.00 limit each, two 1000.00 unsecured loans, 1000 for purchase of computer and couch, and 21,000 in deferred student loan debt.
Any tips or advice given would be greatly appreciated.
