I went round and round with equifax disputing an error on my credit report. They kept telling me the account was verified. I finally called the corportate office today and ask to speak with the legal department. They asked what it was concerning and I told them that I had disputed this item and they kept verifing it as accurate and it was being reported twice! They sent me to the legal department and they looked it up with me on the phone and deleted both items right then! I was so happy.
