Store card to CC

Hello All,

I current have Old Navy, Walmart and Target store cards but I would like for them to be CC cards.  How does one make that happen?  I have not been shopping as much but the credit limits were going up maybe every 3 months or so.  Do I shop more or just wait?

The upgrade has to be offered to you by the bank you cannot request it yourself. FYI when they do offer it to you it will be a new account they do not keep the history of the store card and its closed out.
