I bit the bullet and called LVNV and spoke to a very nice gentleman. I explained to him that they were reporting as an OC, not a CA. He said that I'm 100% correct, they should be reporting as a CA.
After a bit of a wait, he comes back with "were reporting ok', so please file a dispute with Eq, and it will be corrected.
He did give me his name and exten. to call him back and check on things.
Since this is reporting as 120+ late (I'm making monthly payments), this should be a nice score boost!
Funny.....same thing with PORTFOLIO. Disputes.....here I come!
