Strange Outcome from EQ dispute

So, um, I started an online dispute with EQ.  I've done this a number of times with EQ since 2012 and never had a problem. The dispute, per EQ, ended 3/21/14.

I haven't received the results.

This is unusual.  I've never had a dispute go this long and this time I have no results. 

Any ideas about what gives?

The CRA cannot conclude their reinvestigation until they receive response back  from the furnisher.

Sometimes the furnisher of the disputed information will reply promptly, other times they may delay until the end of the period.

The bottom line is that the CRA must conclude their reinvestigation within 30 days, and then have 5 business days thereafter to get their Notice of Resutls of Reinvestigation in the mail, or send to you electronically if you authorized them to do so.

Still some time before any issue of violation would come about......
