I have been lurking on here for almost two years. I respond to some post, but I mostly read them and have been trying to digest all the knowledge in these forums. I am trying to clean my credit up so I can purchase a home. My boyfriend and I have had to put this off for the last two years b/c I cannot qualify. I have 13 baddies on my Transunion and 9 on my Equifax. Today I sent in several disputes on both reports. Now as I sit at work my nerves are COMPLETELY SHOT! Most of the baddies are student loans that were supposed to re-age after I got out of the rehabilitation programs. I was told that by law they only have to send the information to the credit bureau’s once. If it doesn’t update they are not going to resend. So, I disputed them today saying I have never been late/or the account does belong to me. Should I GW the CA/OC to have them remove the lates and collection account status?

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
Im am going to tell you straight up Sallie Mae is the debil....I am on my second goodwill letter to try to get them to take the late payments off based off of an error on the universities part.
