Student Rehabilitation Loans and Spousal Income

 Hello!

My husband is trying to join the Student Rehabilitation Loan programme. With a child on its way, we would like to keep my income separate from his - it is mostly saved. Now, on the papers we received it says "so not put down spuse's income if spouse does not contribute". I don't contribute, but we do file taxes jointly, as married.

Do you think he has to put my income down as well, or do you believe it is ok to leave me out?

Thank you

I don't think he has to put your income.
