Is there a person who can help me with Nelnet or Sallie Mae student loans?
I have late payments listed for both of these. I sent a bunch of GW letters to Nelnet executives and got a call back yesterday from someone who said they couldnt remove the lates.
In both cases, I had a forbearance backdated on these loans to cover the late payments but they still reported me as being late.
I'm wondering if there is a 3rd party concierge who can help me get these lates deleted.
