I checked my TransUnion score... not sure if its FICO or not... but all my student loans show up badly on there even though I am not required to pay on anything... Why is it doing this and how can I fix them?

If you got the score from TU it is not a FICO.
As for the SL, what do you mean by badly? Are they showing lates?
Should they be in deferment? If so, you would need to contact your SL provider and have them correct it.

Im using the freecreditscore.com website.. i called to cancle them today cause i heard they dont use a real FICO score adn they gave me a 50% off discount plus 3 free scores and reports... so what the heck lol... all my student loans have a big red exlamation mark next to them... they show that I'm making my payemtns correctly (income based contingent plan) with nothing being late... but they still have the big red exlamation mark next to them

Does the report give any details as to why?
Have you ever pulled your free reports from annualcreditreport.com? If you haven't I definitely would.
I was reading up on the plan and it states it will NOT impact your credit report so it may be just the way the one from freecredit reports it.

I also have stuff showing up from 9 years ago...
If they are positve they can stay for up to 10 years from date closed.
If they are negative, please post the TL so we can look at it.

Im trying to post a picture but cant figure it out..... the old one (not student loan) was closed on 01/20/2004
The student loan(s) ... there are multiple loans and all in grace/deferment alll have red exlamation marks for the TransUnion but show up fine for the other two. A few of them look bad on all 3 reports but several only look bad on TransUnion but fine for the other two... they say "Paid or Paying as agreed" and show no late payments... all green bars
