I need to submit one to tu for a invalid collection account, i was going to send it through a fax but i wanted to know what papers i need to submit with it?

You would send any proof you have supporting your dispute.
I don't know if the CRA accept disputes by fax. On their web sites they have the options of online,u.s.mail or by phone.
If I were you, I would check with the CRA first before doing anything, ask if they accept disputes by fax.
