Just posting this here because I've read some threads where people weren't sure if Discover would approve them after BK. I am just over 3 years post-discharge, did not burn Discover, and they approved me today for $18k credit line. I don't really need the line, and in fact had planned to garden, but they're offering that tasty 0% for a year, and I have some moving expenses I wouldn't mind having just a few extra months to pay.
If it helps anyone in deciding to app, I had been receiving IT pre-approvals for about 6 months before I applied, and my scores are just about 700, give or take 5-10 pts depending on the mood of FICO.

I was only about 4-5 months post discharge (Chapter 13) and had mid 600 scores when I was approved for a 6.5K IT card.
I got it for the 5% cashback quarterly program with end of year cashback matching...
I used their prequal site to get pre-approved and was hesitant until I noticed that they gave me a specific APR% and not a range.
Posts on the myfico forum said to stay away if you get the range.
