Had several medical collections with them totalling over $2,000 over the last 5 years. Paid the last 3 off in February of this year before learning about negotiation for deletions. Contacted them today, and within hours had a response back that they would be deleting all 7 of the records that were being reported.
It is only medical stuff, but still feels like a win with a solid gesture of Goodwill from a CA!!!!
