Hi all:
I'm so happy to find out today that I had a collections account deleted from my credit report.
The original creditor was SRP (a utility company in Phoenix) that went to the CA NCO Financial Systems. I sent them a PFD letter last month and I got a response today saying that the account is closed in their office and that they will contact the credit bureaus to delete their listing. I have chaseidprotection and I pulled up a report just 5 minutes ago and sure enough... IT'S GONE FROM ALL THREE!!!!
