I spoke with someone at Central Mortgage today and as long as I fax a letter officially disputing the status of our account and the 120 day late reporting (we did a short sale on our home last year) they are willing to remove the 120 and 90 lates totally!!!! WOO HOO!! They are also going to take off the incorrect Charge Off that Experian is reporting and they are going to fix the remarks that Experian wrote claiming we didn't pay the loan in full, which we did! PHEW - this should help our credit a lot getting those 90 and 120 day lates off! Right?? haha Jen
