Thanks to everyone's input and threads I have had the following successes. Please let me know if any detailed information is needed:
LHR - DELETED (3!)
Bal. $697.14 - Deleted! - OC was Blaze MC
Bal. $661.70 - Deleted! - OC was Legacy Visa
Bal. $568.56 - Deleted! - OC was First Savings
DOFD's were roughly between 2008-2009
I only did ONE DV for each of these on 6/29/2012.
Checked my Credit Reports on 2/25/2013 and found LHR to be gone entirely.
I also checked the LHR webpay website and none of the accounts could be found in LHR's system by account number.
AFNI - DELTED
Bal. $200ish - OC - MCI
Did only ONE DV 6/29/2012.
This was roughly from 2002ish, but AFNI was newly collecting on it in 2011.
I received a response w/in 2 weeks from AFNI.
ARROW Financial - DELETED
Bal. $600.18 - OC - CORTRUST Credit Card / Bank
Bal. $661.70
Did only one DV 8/28/2011
Letter received confirming deletion on 09/19/2011
I just wanted to share my successes since I'm busy asking a million questions on how to deal with other baddies and everyone is being so generous w/assistance.

I did for a good while! I was doing my happy dance then!
A few months later, I tried to get a car loan (had no choice) and the dealer promised to only approach two lenders upon my request but they shotgunned me twice. So, it went back down. I've since added a Wells Fargo Secured card and Navy Federal's Secured Card will be here this week.
I've been intending to post my successes for a loooongg time now, but something always distracted me.
