I had one 60-day delinquency that was dragging my score down to 713. I wrote one carefully crafted letter and within three weeks the item was dropped from my credit report and my score is now 774!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! Happy Dance :-D

That's fantastic, congrats!  What a big jump!  How old was the delinquency?  Did they send you any kind of letter or did they just delete the lates?

No, they never responded to my email - they just deleted the lates. I thought they were ignoring me.

The delinquency was from 2009.

I also noticed ... after my GW letter  my lates have been removed from Experian!!!    Waiting on the other two to update, hope i dont have to wait much longer.  EQ seems always to be slow.
