I need to try a goodwill removal for a couple of old late pays with GE/Sams club credit. Does someone have a good address to work with?

I know this is an old thread but if someone could send me an address they have used to get a successful goodwill letter, I would really appreciate it. We have a recent 30 day late but they should have record of me calling multiple times to try and get it paid. can anyone give me advice on this? It is for GE/CareCredit.
