Successful PFD - Now another collection agency is reporting

I had a successfull PFD with West Bay Acquistions in April.  I checked my credit report today and it is now showing Receivables Mgmt has the dedt and is reporting.  I don't know how to proceed?  Is this legal?

If you paid the account with one collection agency I don't see how it could be legal for a new collection agency to report for a paid account
