Earlier this year, I sent a message to this community with words to the following effects:
I had not had a credit card in years and was surprised when I applied for two credit cards and was denied.
That is when I obtained credit reports and first became aware of multiple annotations of derogatory information on my credit record. I was totally unaware that there were so many collections. My FAKO credit score was 639.
In late February 2014 I started my credit repair crusade.
I submitted many individualized good will letters and payments and requests for deletions, for the most part creditors were very cooperative with my requests for deletions from my credit reports. Some were not cooperative, but I persevered in pursuit of clean credit records.
Today, December 17, 2014, I can report a successful mission. My FICO scores as of this moment are:
Equifax 748
Experian 759
TransUnion 763
I am hoping that I can reach 800 next year. I have learned so much from all of you and my journey would not have been successful without all of your collective wisdom and advice and I would not have known how to even go about repairing my credit ratings.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank this WONDERFUL myFICO COMMUNITY!!!
Kudos to you and enjoy
Congrats!
Nice job!
Inspiring!! congrats!!!
Amazing! Congratulations!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
Way to go
Just purchased my new FICO scores. One did not change, and I do not understand why. However, two did increase, so I am happy about that. Below are my old December 2014 scores and my new March 2015 scores. I still owe many, many thank yous to the great team here. I could not have done this without you. Merci, merci, merci. I will continue to work on improving the scores.

Congrats on the success and the scores! Perhaps something is holding you back from going up on EQ? Good luck with future rebuilding, hope you reach your goals soon!
