TMOBILE COLLECTION WITH RPM

HI USERS! OK I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP! I HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH TMOBILE THAT WENT INTO COLLECTIONS LIKE IN 2010. I CONTACTED THEM TODAY TO SEE ABOUT A PFD SINCE THEY KEEP REPORTING A NEW DEBT FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT, THE MOST RECENT ONE BEING REPORTED IN SEPT. 2013 BY RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT . WHEN SPEAKING TO WHOM WAS SAID TO BE A MANAGER, HE SAID HE COULD NOT SEND ME A PFD LETTER BUT HE WOULD PETITION FOR IT TO BE DELETED OFF MY CREDIT REPORT IF I PAID IN FULL TODAY. THE BALANCE IS 488.16. SHOULD I DO IT?

I recently had this issue, I paid with the collection agency and then contacted Tmobile, and they said they couldn't help me so I contacted RPM again and they said they would have it removed from the credit bureaus. It happened only last week so I'm waiting on results.

SO THEY DIDNT GIVE YOU ANY TYPE OF PAY FOR DELET LETTER EITHER? I GUESS IM ASKING BECAUSE IM PUTTING THIS ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I DO NOT WANT TO INCURE THAT DEBT AND IM BEING LIED TO.

No, they didn't but my account was already paid off with them and I did it on my debit card as well. Not everyone is going to give you a pay for delete letter because of something about it going against their contract or blahblah with CRAS, but he said I would get some type of confirmation soon, (this was on Saturday when we spoke) so I'm just waiting on that.

I never had any problem. He told me he would do it, so I'm just waiting.
