TRYING to fix credit for a mortgage!

So, I have been trolling the forums for a few days now, as I have just stumbled upon this site, and I LOVE it. Great information everyone! I just had a couple of questions about my situation and wanted to see if anyone could offer any insight on how easy/hard it would be to clean up.

My baddies:

Law Offices of Mitchell D. Bluhm

Collection - Medical

Paid 10/13

CAC Financial

Collection - Medical

Paid 5/13

First Premier

Account closed - $0 balance

Last DOD - 9/11

CACH & Credit One Bank

Credit One assigned my account to CACH, separate TL on my report though

Set to fall off in April

Anyone have any luck with any of these getting deletions and/or dealing with these companies? I've sent out DV's to the CRA's for the first 3 and figured I'd let sleeping dogs lie on CACH & Credit One, as they're set to fall off soon. I sent DV's because I'm not so sure I ever even had a First Premier card. The two medical collections were just bills that I never saw because I would have paid them, one was for $55!!! Really?! I've also sent GW's to CAC and Law Offices just to try my luck. I'm trying to get a pre-approval for a mortgage and these are really bringing me down. My FICO scores as of yesterday are EQ 623 TU 611 EX 565  - It seems EX is reporting the first one, according to FICO and the others are not, but yet when I pulled my report directly from TU, it shows the account there. Any guesses as to why this info is diff? Also, the CAC collection is not on the FICO report either, but IS listed on my reports directly from the CRA's.

I DONT GET THAT! It's quite confusing! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Search HIPPA to take care of the medical collections, the FP Bank looks ok from what you have put down, the other bank & CA dispute as obsolete with the CRAs

HIPAA, for what it was used for in the past, was only for paid collections to the OC.

DVs go to the collection agencies not the CRAs.

Oh great! Smiley Sad I wonder if I've messed up by already sending DV's to the CRAs.
