Nope but I'm dealing with them now. I had an account with Enterprise Rent-a-car and their regional manager sent my account to collections, though they knew my insurance was suppose to be handling the payment. Next action is to report Enterprise to the BBB because they agreed to retract the account from Transworld and yet the account still was reported as OPEN IN COLLECTIONS but it is now closed and paid in full. Haven't contacted Transworld yet.
