I'm a daily puller through my monitoring service and when I pulled this morning all but 2 of my accounts had disappeared from my TU report and I was given a 9002 score, I'm sure this is a code and not a score, has this happened to anyone before?

I'm positive it's TU, I called my credit monitoring service and they advised me to call the bureau directly and gave me there number so I called TU and they said on the phone that they did have a score for me and could send it out for $7 so I said "eff it" paid the $7 and ordered it. I figured it would be good to get the real score directly from the bureau versus the monitoring service anyway so we will see, but this 9002 thing has me spooked, what is it?

Which monitoring service do you use?
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802
EQ - 7/06-663, 3/10-800
TU - 8/10-772
You can do the same thing with hard work
