So TU 
sent me a letter today in response to my Pre-HIPAA letter and it reads. Re: Verification Documents not Available. If you need to obtain documentation or written verification concerning your accounts, then please contact your creditors directly. So what the hell does that mean I sent them a letter saying I don't know who the hell they are ( The Pre-HIPAA Letter)so why not verify?
