TWC Success!!

I had a CA reporting an old Time Warner Cable account on my CR. A couple of weeks ago, I called TWC directly and found that they still owned the account, so I asked if they would accept a PFD. The rep said yes, I paid and THEN she told me that it would be updated to paid on my CR. 

Today, I opened an online chat and told her that the rep I paid told me this would be removed from my CR, gave her my info and she said "Don't worry. I will make sure this is removed from your credit report today." Fortunately, I also got a transcript of this chat session, so now it's in writing!!

Hoping it comes off soon, but if now, at least I've got something I can use as proof that this was supposed to happen.
