Although I disagree with some of your methods or tactics, the reason I love this thread, and threads similar to this one, is the creative outside the box thinking. This thread is a prime example of that.
I feel the same way about my journey as well. Everyone's journey is different because we all have different hurdles.
Some of SGT's methods may not work for all, but the thing I hope everyone takes from this thread is the attitude, the approach, the confidence that SGT had in tackling this challenge.

Thank you! I've talk to a couple of LO and it seems once the CapOne late payments are deleted (not sure how long it will take), we may still go for the mortgage loan even with the remaining baddie. I just keep telling myself over and over to be patient but it's getting more difficult each day
