Temporary EQ score increase???

Your FICO® score has gone up to 776 on September 30, 2011.  I got this Scorewatch alert a couple of days ago. I think it is because I disputed a 90 day late, and it is no longer factoring into my score?  It was 757 before this.  If the dispute comes back as verified, I guess it will just go back down again.  At least I know where I stand when the 90 day falls off.  That is my last baddie on EQ.  The 90 day late is due to fall off 4/12 according to my last full report I pulled.  Gonna have some utilization work to do to get to that 800 though.

Yep. For OC accounts only, FICO will ignore certain aspects of an OC account while under a dispute, like the payment history.

Thanks llecs.  That's what I thought.  Still might hit that 760 this year.
