Wanted to say thank you to everyone on this board.  Because of you all I learned about early exclusion (which I got several items removed because of this), credit utilization , credit card statement dates, etc.. I was able to fix my credit in less than 6 months, get pre approved for a new contruction home which we closed on last Friday and a auto loan which I got Monday.

We ended up using Pulte Mortgage b/c they paid alot of the closing cost.  But prior to switching to them we were using Quicken Loans and had a great experience.

its were the Credit Bureaus remove negative items off your credit report early.  I had great success with Transunion and Experian.
