Thank you. Achieved my main goal of renting a nice place!

The main reason I signed up here a couple of months back was I was trying to move and had been turned down for some rentals due to my bad scores. While still plenty of work to do in the long run, after getting my EX and EQ up about 50 points I got approved for a very nice apartment and moved in today!

Congrats!! I can really relate to this situation more than any other.  I was embarassed so badly by more scores that I didn't even want to apply to an apartment that did a credit check.  I hope you enjoy the new place, I know the feeling of relief that comes from no longer worrying about not being able to live in a place I want.

Thank you everyone! Yes happy dance for sure! And yes it was nice to actually get approved this time and not be embarrassed with a decline. Now I can relax and sit in my nice new place and keep working on going towards 700!

Lol! Yes open invite for tea and scones! Also for those (like me) that prefer something with a little more kick than tea, will also have some jack Daniels, vodka, and baileys on hand for irish coffees!  Just no one use your credit card after drinking so we dont have to do more rebuilding work, Haha!
