I would like to say thank you to all for your expert help and support. With a mixture of GW,DV and PFD and many phone calls with lots of stamps., i was able to remove the following:

A year ago I was depressed and running from it all. Now I feel free!!

Having a current % util of below 10% is an excellent example of your current credit saavy.

Dont let that prior crap happen again, and try like hell to get the old derogs removed.

Your score will definately continue to improve!

Congrats to you!!!! I am in that same situation, I am trying to rebuild and feeling very helpless right now but to see you doing it makes me see the light through the sleeze (lol).......
