So first of all, a TON of thanks to everyone here who's helped along the way! My scores started in the low 500's last June. The two FICOs I know are EX at 668 and TU at 641.
Still have 6 charge offs, but all are over 5 years old. 3 collections to go as well, but they are tied up in litigation. Will be looking to move and get a new mortgage within 12 - 18 months. Other than CLIs, think I'm done for now and in pure garden mode.
New TLs this year:
Lowes - $300
Wal-Mart - $900
Barclay's - $1300 with 0% intro APR
Chrysler Capital Auto Loan - 72 mos at 5.15%
2 X Cap One CLI - Total of $1700 between 2 cards.
Don't need or want any more credit!! All derogs will be gone in 22 months tops, most less than 18 months. I haven't given up removing charge offs, but GW has not worked out so far. Thanks again for the advice and knowledge from those who I'm still know better and more than me!
