When I first checked my FICO in the beginning of February, I was at a 580. I paid down a couple balances and had 1 collection fell off(7.5 years old)...this got me to 648 in just a couple weeks! I went ahead and GW'd my most recent missed payment and got it removed...today I got an alert saying my score is 711!

I just got an Orchard unsecured in January. My last 3 baddies fall off in May and Im an AU on an account with 58% utilization, so I was not expecting a large bump until June. I was actually going to loan my dad the cash to pauy his balance to 0 to see how much that AU card would help my score. Im still going to do it...new goal is 750!

Thank you everyone for the advice and related posts that I have been able to read. Everyone here contributed to this and I could not be any happier right now!

Way to go!! I love reading all these success stories today. Gives those of us in the early stages a lot of inspiration to not give up and keep at it!

Way to GO!!! I started rebuilding/repairing at the end of Feb... its only been 2 weeks and I am up 75+ points for both TU and EQ... Should have a few more things come off in the next few weeks and my mom is going to add me as an AU to one of her old CC's... YIPPPEEEE!!!
