Thanks everyone for the help with gw letter I sent to arrow financial. The letter worked they removed the account with no problem!!!!

Congratulations.  I had tried to get them to remove something from my CR a while back, however I didn't have any luck.  Did you send them an email or a letter?  If you emailed them, would you please PM me the email address that you used?
