Chapter 7 4/11. Came to this board in June11 (EQ 593), and started research. Got a secured card in July and kept it at 20% utl until Dec (Eq 639) . Got Orchard cc in Dec 500.00 limit and stayed at 20%. March Qualified for Cap 1 Plat limit of 1000 (EQ651). Closed First Prem secured and have maintained 10-15 % utl and score now at 678 in 14 months. Got a unsecured Installment (3000) from local Community bank 1 month ago.

Orchard bal 85.00 limit now 800.00
Score 671 ( hit for installment minimal) on 9/14
Now I wait and keep Ult low and pay Installment for a year before paying it off? Any suggestions? Goal 700 by February 1 ,2013. VA loan eligible and want to buy a home early 2013
