I am so freaking pissed! I don't know why I wasted my time going through the proper channels! None of these people do anything! I will no longer file complaints through the CFPB or BBB. I'm moving fwd with an attorney. This is BS. The CFPB has no intentions on stopping PRA and their shady ways. The CFPB even had a nerve to tell me my second complaint against PRA was a duplicate and that they have no intention on investigating the claim.

ok...my PRA accounts are still "under dispute on EQ and I haven't heard back from their ombudsman or CFPB at all. I was going to try to wait until the EQ dispute/investigation was complete before I did ANYTHING else. Midland, PRA, and FCO.....CA nightmares.
fixmycred14, maybe you should take a week off rebuilding....it can be sooooo very frustrating.
