June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
I had a super nice group of folks at the local credit union, who fell all over themselves to follow up with me (on a PFD at 50% of the amount). Of course, they weren't a CA & I did initiate the first call to them to resolve an old mistake. But they followed up with several phone calls & called to tell me the deletion went through, as well. It was such a pleasure to deal with them because, really, a PFD is a win-win. I, too, wish they were *all* so caring and understanding. :-)
