After being given the run around and then a denial for a cli on my two year old perfectly maintained account I got this email today...

 

Thank you for contacting our customer care center and taking the time to request a credit limit increase on your Orchard Bank Credit Card Account. We are pleased to inform you that your request for a credit limit increase on your Account has been approved. Effective immediately, we have increased your credit limit to $450.00.

 

This is only after I sent a letter about how disappointed I was with my treatment. For my efforts I get an extra $150. I will take it! Thanks for the love Orchard Bank!
