On June 27,2013 I became a home owner and I am sooooo elated. After closed I applied for a few cards and were approved. I am thinking about gardening for 6 or so months because I know when the morgage hits my credit report It will take a dive. Below are my accounts.
Home Zone Furnature Account $1500 (will show was a loan)
Target $200.00 Utlization 0%
Walmart $900.00 Utlization 0%
HomeDepot $1500 Utlization 0%
CaptialOne Standard Plat $500.00 Utlization 0%
CaptialOne Plat $1000.00 Utlization 5%
OrchardBank (Soon to be CaptialOne) $320.00 Utlization 3%
I am hoping to be in the 700 or so club because I want to refiance my 16.5% apr on my vehicle to get a better rate...
