Why hasnt experian removed my Hard Inquiries. they are officially 2 years and 2 days old now.

There is no specific provision in the FCRA mandating deletion of credit inquiries at any period in time.

It is strictly and admin matter with the CRA.

Give it a few months, and if not gone, make an informal call and ask when they will delete.  Dont dispute on that basis.

Good to know thats not mandated.

I dont dispute anything with the CRA's.  Most of the things I have read on here about things coming back at the least convenient time seems to all stem from disputing with the CRA's.
