Cap 1 office called me regarding my PFD email I sent to them. Much more responsive then the PFD letters.
No go after round and round talks with the rep. Finally said "Fine. Then how much will it take to just settle this account?" She said she will get back to me with tomorrow on a settlement. Hopefully the call tomorrow will be a true PFD but I will deal with a settled amount to get it down to zero. That will leave me with only one CO left to get paid off.
Will update. Been at the same spot with my scores pretty much all month. Kinda sucks. Waiting for all to be at 600!
Feeling discouraged. 
Usually with my US Bank card updates as well as my monthly car loan, I see a bump. Nothing this month. I was also expecting something once that $3,550 NECP collection showed paid. They said they were going to remove but nothing yet. Damn.
Here is my ongoing list and where I am at today.
OneMain Financial - Unpaid balance of $4,791. Sent PFD 8/6/13, Sent PFD 8/23/13. No Response. Resent 9/3/13
Cap1 Card #1 - Unpaid Balance of $1,471. Sent PFD 8/6/13 Sent PFD 8/23/13. Spoke to EO. Waiting for call back for settlement to have it paid. Will not PFD.
City of San Diego - Collection - $130. Sent DV CMRRR 8/16/13 since I have not received any response from PFDs. Received the Green card back. Nothing from the City. Going to draft up a letter for the BBB, letter to the City and to Experian which is the only spot this shows.
Chase Auto - 4 30 lates and 1 60 day late. Sent 4 different GW letters to different locations 8/6/13 Sent GW 8/23/13. Sent another GW 9/3/13.
Sallie Mae - Was 180 days late but now current. Sent GW again after being denied twice already. 8/6/13 Sent GW 8/22/13 with auto-pay enrollment. Sent GW 9/3/13.
Amazon Card - $0 balance - GWing, Sent 8/6/13, Sent GW 8/23/13, Sent GW 9/3/13
Cap1/Best Buy - $0 balance - GWing, Sent 8/6/13, Sent GW 8/23/13, Sent GW to EO (new address) 9/3/13.

More letters, the better the chance of getting something bumped. I feel I am climbing a mountain with Cap1 to get one of my 5 accounts (3 were HSBC) to get updated. New letters that will hopefully do something.
BBB Complaint sent regarding the City of San Diego. Still never recieved any information from them on whatever this is. The address on the report pulls up a parking ticket division. Interesting since I have never had a parking ticket there. Will update. Scores are stuck in a holding patern. 
Yesterday I rececived a letter from Sallie Mae from a new Advocate. He informed me of the FCRA and all that good stuff they usually throw in with a GW denial. There was a new comment in there in which I have not seen at all. Maybe I am looking into it too much.
"I'm sorry this isn't the outcome you had hoped for. However, I am happy to share that we've reversed the last late fee that was assessed to your account, as a courtesy, in the spirit of quality customer service."
I am happy to see it wasnt a true copy and paste letter. After 10 letters, they are starting to crack! This new advocate already has a response letter back thanking him for the credit but that I do hope they will not report my lates.
Please let me know if it's wrong to keep a journal.
